SHIPPING
PAYMENT
RETURNS
- We will ONLY ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal on your order. Please ensure that the address is correct in PayPal prior to submitting your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders provided with the incorrect shipping address.
- FREE LOCAL PICKUP at our warehouse location. Please contact us after purchase to schedule a pickup time.
- Once the item has shipped from our warehouse, customers are responsible for any additional costs incurred by special requests or rescheduled delivery times direct with the shipping/freight companies.
- All orders received after Friday 12:00PM PST will be processed the following Monday.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for handling/processing time.
- We do not ship internationally.
PAYMENT
- We ONLY accept payments via PayPal.
- Full payment should be sent within 7 days of auction closing. Please feel free to contact us if you have any issues with the payment.
RETURNS
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send the item back within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will be more than happy to exchange or provide a refund, less any shipping or handling costs.
- Items purchased with "Free Shipping" will have the actual outbound shipping costs deducted from the final refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may choose your preferred shipping method.
- Please wrap and packaged your returned items carefully. All returned items must be in it's original condition, including packaging, accessories, and documentation. We unfortunately cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled or modified.
- A 10% restocking fee may be applied to your return.
- Upon delivery of the item, please inspect the package carefully. If you see any part of the packaging slightly damaged from shipment, please note "Package Damaged" when you sign for the product. If the damage appears significant, you may refuse delivery of the item and we will be more than happy to send out a replacement item once we receive the damaged product back in our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as you discover damage or refuse delivery as we have 48hours upon delivery to file a claim with the shipping/freight companies.
